My Story
We have a 2-part story: Lori's story, and Chad's story--together, we make Just Perfect Scents!
I (Lori) have loved Scentsy ever since a neighboring teacher across the hallway from mine many years ago, had a Scentsy warmer, and every day I looked forward to awesome fragrances drifting from her classroom. I won a Scentsy gift basket at a silent auction several years ago and was tickled "purple"! This basket had a mini warmer in it that I still use. That's what is so great about Scentsy's products--the longevity of them is unparalleled to anything else on the market. I once thought that all Scentsy was about was warmers and wax--well, I'm here to tell you, that there is SO much more! There are fragrances and cleaning products for your home, car, office, even products for your laundry and body care!
One day Chad (enter his story...) asked me what I thought about selling Scentsy, and at first I wasn't sure I heard him correctly--all I heard was the word "Scentsy". Then as he asked it again, I let it sink in, and quickly realized that there was perhaps the answer that we have been looking for to help us solidify our future retirement and achieve some financial goals. Chad is a transplant from the state of Louisiana, and has ties to a family friend who sold Scentsy back home there. He became familiar with Scentsy products and the value of them before he and I became "we", but never entertained the thought of selling them until last year.
Together, Chad and I have developed a business plan for Just Perfect Scents and he is my official co-consultant on my Scentsy consultant account. We believe in Scentsy products, their value, longevity, safety for all members of the family (including our fur babies), and the future we are building for the remainder of our lives.
